>>ffit-Y2L1IUMF This is some weebshit but I unironically just worked my way up the workout Saitama does: 100 each situps pushups and squats (also 10km run but we're not talking about cardio). I do 3-5x a week instead of every day though. Maybe I have strong legs but squats aren't very hard so I'm not opposed to some weights on that one. I am not very good at fitness science, I try to focus more on consistency and long term commitment than a perfectly crafted workout. For keeping cool I focus on time under tension and slow reps (2-3s per) rather than high weight. Most of the benefits about it being more efficient and better at hypertrophy are literal nonsense, it's the exact same as any other workout I just personally enjoy it more.

I walked 3 Km at the worst time of the day possible it felt worse than proper exercise is it global warming or am I just soft?

I cycle recreationally and for endurance training. I need new tires but my go-to is out of stock until the end of the month. doing pushups in the meantime
